Product Description

1. Product Overview

This fiber access terminal closure supports up to 16 subscriber ports and is equipped with one 16-fiber splice tray. It integrates fiber splicing, optical splitting, cable distribution, fiber storage and cable termination functions into a single protective housing.

The closure is applicable for straight-through or branch optical cable connections and interconnection with optical communication equipment, serving as the terminal access node for end users. With built-in adapters, drop cables can lead out optical signals to realize fiber distribution. It also protects the connection between trunk cables and pigtails. After optical splitting, trunk cables can be spliced with home drop cables to complete optical signal transmission. It acts as the termination joint for feeder cables and drop cables in all FTTx network architectures.
