Product Description

The Series N7T FTTP cable is an innovative indoor/outdoor drop cable that combines durability for outdoor environments with flexibility for tight bends in residential settings. Its core design features a fully functional 2.9 mm OFNR-rated tight buffer cable integrated into a GR-20 OSP-rated small flat FTTP cable. A key advantage of this cable is its ability to be installed directly from the pedestal to the indoor Optical Network Terminal (ONT) without the need for intermediate terminations. This eliminates the costs and complexities associated with splicing or termination on exterior or interior residence walls. Additionally, it is compatible with indoor ONTs that do not require professional electrician installation, further reducing deployment costs. The cable is a completely dry, flat drop design available in universal and toneable configurations, suitable for aerial, direct bury, or conduit installations. A water-blocking thread is incorporated to prevent water penetration.
