Product Description
1. Product Overview
This field assembly fast connector is a mechanical fiber termination component specially designed for FTTX optical fiber engineering deployment. It adopts factory pre-polished ferrule design, eliminating field epoxy injection and end-face polishing procedures. The product relies on precision V-groove mechanical alignment structure and optical matching fluid to realize fast, low-loss fiber physical splicing without fiber fusion welding.
On-site termination can be completed within 2 minutes only with basic fiber preparation tools, no power supply required. It adapts to narrow and complex construction environments such as utility poles and manholes, effectively reducing fiber connection failure rates caused by manual operation errors.
This series of field assembly connectors are widely applicable to indoor building wiring, LAN, CCTV and full-scenario FTTX access networks. The connector housing types include SC, LC and FC, compatible with single-mode/multi-mode fibers of 250μm–900μm tight buffer, 2.0mm & 3.0mm simplex cables, as well as 2×3mm FTTH drop cables. Single-mode versions support APC polishing ferrule configuration.
Working Principle
1. Pre-polished ceramic ferrule embedded inside the connector housing
2. Precision plastic V-groove for fiber core alignment
3. Built-in optical matching fluid to reduce splicing reflection loss
4. Mechanical clamping structure to fix 2.0×3.1mm FTTH drop cable
2. Key Features
1. No epoxy adhesive and field polishing required
2. Ultra-fast, simple on-site fiber termination operation
