Product Description

1. Product Overview

This outdoor fiber access terminal closure is a multi-functional fiber management unit for FTTx network deployment. It serves as an integrated splice enclosure and subscriber termination point, connecting feeder cables to user drop cables. The unit combines fiber splicing, PLC splitting, cable distribution, fiber storage and cable routing inside a single robust protective housing, supporting up to 24 subscriber ports and maximum 96 fiber splicing points. It undergoes strict harsh-environment testing to resist moisture, vibration and extreme temperature fluctuations, with humanized internal layout for safe, convenient operation and maintenance.

2. Core Product Features

1. High Waterproof Performance: IP68 ingress protection rating via mechanical sealing construction, fully adaptable to outdoor all-weather operation.

2. Mechanical Durability: IK10 impact resistance grade; withstands 100N cable pulling force; full rugged reinforced housing design.

3. High Splicing Capacity: Equipped with 4 flip-up, rotatable and detachable splice trays, supporting total 96-fiber splicing capacity; fitted with stainless anti-rust bolts and fasteners.

4. Built-in Splitter Compatibility: Each splice tray reserves installation space for optional 1×8 or 1×16 PLC optical splitters.

5. Fiber Protection Control: Standard fiber bend radius management ≥40mm to avoid signal attenuation from excessive fiber bending.

6. User-Friendly Operation: 180° open access with buckle lock structure; plug-and-play deployment, simple maintenance and capacity expansion.

7. Dual Cable Entry Design: 1 mid-span uncut cable inlet, plus 2 reserved gland ports for distribution cables.

8. Dual Mounting Solutions: Supports wall-mounted and pole-mounted installation for flexible site arrangement.

9. Integrated Storage Space: Internal tube/micro cable storage area for orderly fiber routing and excess cable coiling.
