Product Description

1. Product Overview

This fiber access terminal enclosure serves as a termination node for feeder cables to interconnect drop cables in FTTx communication networks. It integrates fiber fusion splicing, optical splitting and cable distribution functions, providing comprehensive physical protection and standardized fiber management for FTTH network deployment, supporting access for up to 16 end subscribers.

2. Core Structural & Functional Features

1. Fully sealed cabinet with lock mechanism and dual buckles; square outline, lightweight and compact overall structure.

2. High-strength engineering plastic housing, featuring waterproof, dustproof, anti-aging, chemical resistance and UV resistance performance.

3. Equipped with independent cable clamps for feeder trunk cables and subscriber drop cables; integrates fiber splicing, fixing, routing storage and distribution in one unit.

4. Separate dedicated routing channels for trunk cables and fiber pigtails to avoid mutual interference.

5. Flip-up distribution panel design; compatible with optional 1×16 LGX-format splitter or micro PLC splitter fitted with 16 SC adapters.

6. Fusion splicing tray supports maximum 16-core fiber splicing, with ample space for fiber routing and storage.

7. Dedicated straight-through cable port for feeder cable laying, simplifying field installation and maintenance operations.

8. Dual installation modes: outdoor wall mounting or pole mounting; IP65 ingress protection rating for indoor and outdoor application.

9. Installation Guidelines

9.1 Wall Mount Installation

1. Drill four fixing holes on wall according to cabinet dimension layout.

2. Embed Φ7.5×40 expansion bolts into wall holes.

3. Align cabinet fixing holes with embedded bolts and fasten tightly.

9.2 Pole Mount Installation

1. Secure one set of optional pole mounting ring onto telecom utility pole.

2. Fasten cabinet onto fixed pole ring with matching fasteners.
