1 Scope
This specification defines general technical requirements, performance parameters, mechanical structure, test standards, application scope and environmental adaptability for PCB lightning protection boards, high-current distribution terminal blocks and rack-mounted DC power distribution units (DCDU).
This document removes all brand names, part numbers, factory information and proprietary identifiers for universal engineering reference.

3 Product Classification & Functional Description
3.1 PCB Lightning Protection Board Series
3.1.1 AC Power Lightning Protection Board
• Core function: Suppress lightning surge and switching overvoltage on AC power input lines, protect backend electrical equipment from transient surge damage
• Structure: FR-4 fire-resistant PCB substrate, integrated gas discharge tube, varistor, temperature fuse, inductive filter assembly
• Protection mode: Line-Line, Line-Earth combined protection
• Application: AC 220V/380V power supply front-end surge suppression for power, communication and intelligent building equipment
3.1.2 DC Power Lightning Protection Board
• Core function: DC circuit surge absorption for battery power, communication base station power supply, industrial DC control loops
• Structure: Low parasitic capacitance design, built-in thermal disconnection protection to avoid fire risk under failure state
• Protection mode: Positive-negative, positive-earth, negative-earth three-way protection
3.1.3 Signal Lightning Protection Board
• Core function: Protect low-speed signal transmission lines (485, dry contact, sensor signal) from lightning induced surge
• Key feature: Ultra-low series impedance and inter-line capacitance, no signal attenuation under normal working state

8.3 Acceptance Standard

9 Transportation & Storage Requirements
1. Storage environment: Dry, ventilated warehouse, avoid direct sunlight, rain, corrosive gas
2. Stacking limit: No heavy pressure on packaging to prevent plastic housing deformation
3. Transportation: Avoid violent collision, drop and extrusion during loading and unloading
10 General Safety Instructions
1. Installation, wiring and maintenance must be operated by certified electrical technicians
2. Cut off all power supply before disassembly or replacement
3. Match product rated current and voltage with actual loop parameters strictly, overload use is prohibited
4. Reliable grounding connection is mandatory for all surge protection products to ensure lightning protection performance
5. Regular inspection every 1–2 years for aging, loosening or burnout of internal components
