Product Description
1. Product Overview
This integrated fiber splice & distribution closure combines cable splitting and fiber routing functions, supporting direct optical cable fusion and branch wiring for optical communication network connections.
It realizes optical signal distribution via adapters and patch cords, and provides protective connection for optical cables and pigtails.
The three-layer internal structure can work as either a fiber splitter box or a fiber splice box. The built-in flip plate supports a rotation angle of ≥180°, greatly simplifying field installation and maintenance. The flip plate is detachable; after removal, the unit can be used purely as a cable splice closure to satisfy diverse engineering deployment demands.

5. Standard Installation Procedure
1. Cable Pre-treatment
Strip off cable outer sheath, inner sheath and loose tubes, and clear internal cable filling compound. Reserve 1–1.6 m loose fiber length and 30–50 mm steel strength member. Thread the feeder cable through the cable port, fasten and lock with cable hoops, then fix the cable strength member to secure fiber cores. Coil excess optical cable at the bottom storage area, then route fibers into splice trays for fusion work.
2. Fiber Fusion Protection
Place the fused fiber end into heat shrink tubing within the fusion slot, apply uniform heating to integrate fiber and protective tube. Clip the protected fiber assembly into internal wiring grooves, then install PVC anti-drop covers to prevent fiber displacement.
