3. Material and Surface Treatment

• Other structural parts: 1.2 - 1.5 mm, balancing structural integrity and product weight.

The surface of the enclosure undergoes a three-step treatment process:
1. Degreasing: Removes oil, grease, and other contaminants from the steel surface to ensure subsequent processing effects.
2. Phosphating: Forms a phosphate coating on the surface, enhancing corrosion resistance and improving the adhesion of the paint layer.
3. Spray Paint: Applies a high-quality spray paint finish, ensuring a smooth, uniform, and durable surface. The standard color is RAL7035 (gray), and other colors are available upon specific requirements.
